Mix cream and mix fruit jam.
Take one marie biscuit and spread this mixture.
Place second biscuit on 1st and apply mixture.
Likewise repwat with all biscuits.
Cover in silver foil and freeze it.
After 45 minutes take it out and open the foil.
Cut into pieces.
